Michelle is involved in all phases of medical malpractice litigation from the inception of a case and initial client meeting, through investigation and litigation, as well as discovery, trial, and settlement. She works closely with attorneys, clients, and experts. Her past experience also includes casualty defense litigation working on behalf of insurance companies to protect their interests and the interests of their insureds. Michelle has a positive attitude and is a team player in every sense - she always willing to lend a helping hand whenever needed.
Michelle’s interest in law began at a young age. She was the daughter of a Philadelphia police officer and comes from a family of police officers and firefighters. Although Michelle wanted to enter the police department very early on in her career, the closest she came was working in the Radio Room dispatching police and answering 911 calls. This was when she learned that the life and schedule of a police officer was not for her. She then began to work on the civil side of the law in a small plaintiff’s personal injury firm and the rest is history.
Michelle grew up in the Port Richmond neighborhood of Philadelphia, where she attended St. Adalbert Elementary School and then went to secondary school at the Philadelphia High School for Girls. She ultimately received her general practice paralegal certificate at the American Centers for Technical Arts and Sciences.
Michelle has for many years resided in Bucks County with her mother, children, and army of dogs and cats. She participated in PTA activities and was a volunteer catechist at her church. Michelle is very family oriented and enjoys nothing more than spending time with her children and family.
